This is... Rainbow socks girl laying on the road in the forest park.
I forget. There is a movie i used to watch as a tiny kid. In the beginning a couple of children are singing that "do your ears hang low" song. I also remeber later in the movie this girl with tall rainbow knee socks breaks her ankle and loses every the color. So she has to go around collecting the colors. She goes to each color ( people dressed in that particular color) Rainbow socks girl laying on the road
